Lawrence Patrick has more than 20 years of global management and leadership experience, developed in multiple health care settings with academic missions of excellence in research, education and patient care in the United States, the Middle East and Asia. Most recently, Lawrence served as Chief Executive for a joint-venture partnership between Imperial College London and Mubadala Healthcare, the United Arab Emirates' sovereign wealth fund. He led an enterprise of 600+ FTEs with a focus on providing strategic leadership and development for the network's national and regional growth objectives, including expanding high-quality research, education and patient care services. Lawrence has also held several executive-level roles within the international division of Johns Hopkins Medicine, a global leader in academic medicine. As the Managing Director of Asia, he led teams in the design, programming and implementation of several high-profile academic health care and clinical research initiatives structured under creative public-private partnership models across Asia, involving foreign government, industry and private equity partnerships and served as Chief Executive of the Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Centre. Mr Patrick is an active participant on both commercial/industry and philanthropic boards.
